  Kuro was once a knight of a great king until the day he crossed paths with a powerful wizard posing as a colossal mountain lion. The lion was laying on a rock in Kuros path on his way back to the kingdom from a quest. Upon seeing the lion he pulled his crossbow and loaded it. He took aim and shot the lion for fear that as he passed it would attack him. The lion changed back to a human. Angered by the arrow stuck in his shoulder the wizard placed a curse upon kuro. Splitting his personality between the noble side that is seen as a Knight and the vile side that the wizard had seen posing as the lion. Kuro was now split between himself and Oruk, the exact opposite of who he had known himself to be. As well as splitting his personality the wizard granted Oruk the ability to take over kuros body when he was in danger or has been angered. When Oruk takes over his abilities are heightened including speed and agility, strength and precision with ranged weapons.
